This integrated multi-function slip ring system combines hydraulic, pneumatic, high-voltage power, signal, and fiber optic transmission in a single compact rotary interface, delivering exceptional performance for complex industrial applications.
It features:
- 8-channel hydraulic rotary system (max pressure 5 MPa) and 2-channel pneumatic transmission
- 6 high-voltage power lines (3300V, up to 720A), low-voltage auxiliary power, industrial Ethernet, and 6-channel multi-mode fiber optic rotary joints
- Built-in environmental and monitoring modules including heater, dehumidification and cooling fan system, infrared temperature sensor, potentiometer, and rudder angle indicator
- Modular structure with aviation connectors, terminal copper busbars, and junction box options for fast installation and maintenance
- High-precision potentiometer with ±180° bidirectional rudder angle indication
